BIAA

Kappa Groups

Our programs attempt to be as diverse as our membership. Our goal is to provide an outlet that enables our members to get to know one another, make new friends, and learn or share something new. There are many opportunities throughout the year to get involved, as we meet approximately once a month.

And, if you can't attend a meeting, then there are plenty of opportunities to meet people out in a social setting.

The Nights Owls are young Kappa Alumnae in their twenties and thirties.  These women meet for happy hours about once a month in various locales in and around Boston and Cambridge.  If you’re new to the city, you’re bound to find a biking buddy, party pal, or just a great bunch of people.  So far this year we’ve gone to a Red Sox game and Kings Bowling and Billiards. Check the calendar for our next event and feel free to bring a friend along.  See the calendar for Night Owls events or contact Leslie.

The Lunch Bunch crew is another way to get involved with BIAA. These women get together for great food and entertainment in all areas of the Boston Metro area - Boston, western, northern, and southern suburbs.  Contact Susan or Suzanne for more specific details.

We do many activities with the local Kappa chapter of Babson College (Zeta Alpha) and the charter chapter at Harvard University (Eta Theta). You have the opportunity to help them with Fall and Spring Recruitment and other functions by becoming a member of the advisory board.  Please send us an email if you are interested to learn more about becoming an advisor.

Our Mom’s Group gets together for lunches, play-dates, and mom-to-mom/adult-to-adult conversation.  Open to new and experienced moms!
